History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Kite was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
