Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears bulky violet painted plate armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are red.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Xappan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Alvyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a shortspear on her belt. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her white hair is lengthy. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Andraste was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Spear grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and carries flails. His hair is long and silver with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Being a Bricklayer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
