History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Tippletoe was born with her mother's beautiful face. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a great chef.

History: Kugáluga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
