History: The child of a Actor, who enjoyed hunting, Shamash was taken on many hunting expeditions. Shamash abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Shepherd does. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Grûblik grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Grûblik. He's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
