One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Thokk reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
