Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Zepar alone in the world. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Apothecary and occasionally as a mercenary.
