History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born in the south. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
