Description: This tall, slender woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has shaved her head bald. She is baby faced.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Trym took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears suspenders and tan workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and revenge

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing a long, black cloak. Her purple hair is smooth and relatively long. She has gleaming, smiling white eyes.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Butcher who has hired her part-time. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Criella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Criella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his grey robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to unite with his brother

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the left. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bundrigo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bundrigo. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This man wears a tan coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Azaki was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to protect his home

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a Stylist first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Stylist but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Engong lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Dazzazn was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush.
