Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She got into the Healer business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Actor father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Anastrianna's homeland. Anastrianna decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
