History: Born to a Farmer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Ulla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ulla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

History: Marigold lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Trym was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
