History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shifting was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shifting never married again. History: Gale lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Gale was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Gale was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them.
