Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Hupe enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hupe lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
