History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and to settle down with his crush

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Dragonborn compassion; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shield with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He has gray eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Uthûg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dalgal embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze. She carries with her a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a emerald on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man has the majority of his body covered in plate and is in decent physical shape. His silver crest is greasy and uncared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Torinn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Torinn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
