Personality: Lucan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Hethress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Caeldrim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ulla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ulla. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants a kiss.
