History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Map Maker who has hired her part-time. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Masseuse, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Ea learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Dyer, and she later adopted a second son.

Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tailor for hire.
