Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Suhnae does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Suhnae was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Maegan embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Maegan grew up listening to her father's many stories. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is greedy

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Uzza hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of drow

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Dragonborn compassion; and he is content
