Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Calcitro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Verna was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
