History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Jaxi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a black shirt with thin red vertical stripes and yellow pants. She wears a colorful flower in her silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Makaria embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Makaria was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Makaria's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her childhood dream was to be a Knight, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Animal Trainer responsibilities is difficult; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and further expansion of business

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and he perpetually has his pickaxe ready. His tied-back hair is auburn. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Elegant was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
