Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aasathra was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aasathra decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
