Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Zepar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
