History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Matilda reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Az-Adar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
