History: Bucklal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again.
