Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Peter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Armorer, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He struck the Merchant job and began his own company from there.
