Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. History: She comes from a rich western family. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Valanthe is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

History: Markosian was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
