Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Krakhorn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Alvyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Skirt was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Kiirith and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A 4'7" western man, he is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His white hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Thervan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is greedy
