Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Altho was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Altho fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. She carries with her a set of longbows, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a red feather.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and revenge

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Latbag's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Trym liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and seeks redemption

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: An older woman who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a colorful flower in her black hair. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Georgina began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
