The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: Havilar was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
