Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her childhood dream was to be a Blacksmith, but she was a colossal failure. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Silvo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Silvo was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants to open a new tavern
