History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Nedda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
