Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bounty Hunter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He usually wears his pastel robe and has his shield always slung over his shoulder. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shields and sickles. His fur is short and black. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Spring liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is typically in her Farmer uniform, and is pretty ugly. She has moderate length golden hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Nim was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: She was raised in a island tribe. Eida was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eida decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fonkin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This man dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a green coat with red slacks. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is black and curly. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Senteq grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Senteq. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He carries with him a set of longswords, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a great chef.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vonbin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
