History: Ur-Masi hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ur-Masi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ur-Masi. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
