Personality: Barendd is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Barendd lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Maiathah liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He has a missing left leg. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north to a Shoemaker, Lamlis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Cairn was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cloud took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.
