Personality: Beleth is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and regain custody of her daughter

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has shaved her head bald. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker blue hat.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Siffress embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Siffress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Siffress was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Siffress's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family

Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has dyed her greying beige fur a little too much giving a sharp beige color. Her half smiles and yellow eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Windy was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears dark leathers with embroidery. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. She has gray eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Helen's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Helen reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Engraver.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a black shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her chestnut hair is still thick. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Akta took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
