Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: Standing 5'7", this man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears green trousers with blue and black striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She wears her white hair down. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This woman wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has a long black ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age her father died while driving off some illithids. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in morningstar use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dell fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and money/treasure

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a white costume with the symbols of luck on his torso, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Joser is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Joser began to lead the lost caravan. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and many dire rats want him driven away

Outside of the suit she wears a tan tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Percival lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: Jade hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Jade lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
