Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born in the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears dull green sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zykroff grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she's repulsed by the pc

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Keyleth will drive conversation. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Keyleth took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears skinny pants and wears a red and yellow robe with the hood down. She has slicked back blonde hair. Her ears are large.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother
