She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
