Kugáluga's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kugáluga and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Fax learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
