Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Tippletoe's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. His lavender fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Gifted from a young age, Leaf studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Leaf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Leaf. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Arjhan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Fargas's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. She has silver hair. She has hazel eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Orla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the south to a Banker, Orla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand her business; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and many goblins want him driven away

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Driindar has worked very hard to control her curse. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
