History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Rangrim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Rangrim took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Art wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Art hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She struck the Map Maker job and began her own company from there.

History: Hlin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
