History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Fonkin reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shax was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shax's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.
