History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Through the years after Pyntle was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Pyntle's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Healer soon after.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and her religion dominates her actions

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
