Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Calcitro was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A friendly and beautiful Dwarf, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Vorka liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Dabbledob lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Rurik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
