History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Patrick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Patrick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a Glassblower soon after.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aasathra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Dilettante, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is an amazing painter.

History: Adelaide hails from a village terrorized by drow. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Gennal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
