History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a shipwright again

Personality: Pearl speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Pearl was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
