Description: 2'10" and muscular, this eastern woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Merla hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Merla hails from a village terrorized by drow. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair is cut short. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Quarion was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Server who has hired her part-time. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Philomena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Philomena. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
