History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kite took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cressel grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Through the years after Liftrasa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
