History: Pennie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Apothecary. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
