History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Silaqui was taken on many hunting expeditions. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Katherine never married again. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
