Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Frouse enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
