History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Roofer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Traulam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
